The Passing of Pope Francis
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of His Holiness, Pope Francis (Jorge Mario Bergoglio, S.J.). A shepherd of mercy, a father to the faithful, and a tireless witness to God’s boundless love, he dedicated his life to serving the Church and the world with humility, compassion, and joy.
As we mourn his passing, we give thanks for his life, his witness, and the legacy of compassion he leaves behind.
Eternal rest grant unto Pope Francis, Oh Lord, and let a perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
